.Fry marinated squid fish in 1tb.sp. of oil, When it is completely dry and cooked, add onion, ginger and garlic and fry for a minute add salt if required. Then add thin slit capsicum to it and fry for a while on thin flame. Add slit green chillies, 1 tsp. soya sauce and 1tsp hot chilli sause, fry again for a while and finally garnish with green coriander leaves. Serve hot.
