Ingredients: Soji/Rawa desert





1/2 cup Rawa(semolina)dhurum wheat
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter(ghee)
3/4 cup heavy whipped cream
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cups toasted sleeved almonds
To taste Sugar (Cheeni)

 


 



How to make Semolina desert
  • In a pan, heat the butter
  • Add the semolina to the pan, try to fry it till it turns golden brown.
  • Add milk to to the pan and simmer it on a low heat.
  • Add raisins and almonds
  • Turn off the heat when the desert comes to a desired consistency.
  • Ready to eat. Serves 3-4 people
