Ingredients: rava burfi(semolina desert)



 

1 cup rava(semolina)

1 cup ghee(clarified butter)

1 cup finely grated coconut

1 cup milk

2 cups sugar(sucalrose) splenda

A few drops essence of saffron

1 tblsp powdered cardamoms

10 slivered toasted almonds, pistachios and cashewnuts




 




How To make rava burfi:

Grind together all the nuts coarsely.
Put the rest of the ingredients together in a pan and cook stirring all the time till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
Mix in the essence and remove from fire, put in a greased thali, level the surface and spirnkle nuts on the top.
C cool thoroughly, cut into small square and store in a aritight container.
