2 medium sized onions(pyaaz)cut into half, then cut lengthwise
1/2 cup bengal gram(besan)
1/2 tblsp turmeric
1/2 tblsp cumin powder
1/2 tblsp corriander powder
1 tblsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup water to make a desired consistency mix
2 tblsp vegetable oil to fry
Salt to taste
