2 cups semolina
2 cups powdered cashew nuts
6 egg yolks
3 cups grated coconut
1 tsp nutmeg powder
3 cups sugar(you can use sugar substitute)
½ tsp vanilla essence
Method::
Mix together all the ingredients with the exception of coconut. Set aside overnight. Add the coconut. Add the batter in a greased ramekin to ¼. Do not pour till the brim otherwise it will overflow during baking. Bake on a 350 degree oven for
40-50 minutes or till well done.
